Grilled Cheese and Vege Sandwich

Sitting at home for some time now and everyday i am wondering what can i cook thats fast and easy. honestly, breakfast should not be such a hassle! This took me about 15 minutes, cos of the browning of every side of the bread, and i think its ok to add more ingredients to this sandwich, but i kinda stuck out to basics of just one cheese and a handful of mixed frozen vege. You can always add mozarella or parmesan if you have them handy..

Ing:
2 slice bread
1 slice cheddar cheese
butter
a small handful of mixed frozen vege, chopped roughly
one crabstick

1. Butter the bread lightly
2. Add on the slice of cheese, vege and sliced crabstick
3. Heat butter onto a flat pan. Place bread on the pan and leave for 45 seconds
4. Turn over and add more butter if needed.
5. Turn the bread on its side, once "cooked", turn to the side, covering all 4 of the corners.
6. Cut lengthwise and serve.
